Celebrates Siyum On Sefer B’reishis
In conjunction with finishing up Sefer B’reishis, the boys in the Early Childhood program participated in an exciting siyum. The boys came to school dressed in their Shabbos clothes and proudly wore a special crown that they made in honor of the siyum. Together with the boys, Morah Ahuva discussed the reason for our siyum and explained how Sefer B’reishis is the first sefer being finished, and we celebrate the completion of the whole Torah on Simchas Torah! Through a fun and interactive parshah game, the boys were able to see how much they have learned over the last few months. The siyum was concluded with a delicious joint Shabbos party.
