Ingredients

  • 1 medium cooked beet (or ½ can drained)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons sesame paste
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon salt

Blend in a food processor until smooth.
