Parshas Ki Savo begins with the words: “Ki savo el ha’aretz asher Hashem Elokecha nosein l’cha – When you come into the land that Hashem, your G-d, is giving you.” The parshah opens with the mitzvah of bringing bikurim, the first fruits, as a heartfelt declaration of gratitude. It reminds us that everything we have is a gift from Hashem, and our role is to recognize, thank, and sanctify His blessings.

Later, the parshah describes the blessings promised when we follow Hashem’s ways, as well as the curses that come when we turn away. As we approach the Yamim Nora’im, these words inspire us to choose the path of brachah, returning to Hashem with sincerity and renewed commitment.

May our t’filos and kapitlach of T’hilim bring r’fuah, y’shuah, and nechamah to all who need them, and may we merit to see the ultimate blessings of g’ulah.
