Does your son like to sing?
We are pleased to inform Kew Gardens Hills, Hillcrest, Fresh Meadows, and neighboring communities of the formation of The Hillcrest Shuls Choir with the goal of performing at nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Queens (and Long Island), bringing the simchah of song to the residents and families.
We are looking for boys in grades 1 through 7 who enjoy singing, spreading simchah, and doing chesed. The performances will take place, b’ezras Hashem, on Chol HaMoed Pesach, Chol HaMoed Sukkos, and on Chanukah and Purim – possibly more – with a weekly practice that will take place at Torah Center of Hillcrest. The participation requires only commitment and there are no tryouts or fees.
