“Grow Torah” is back in full gear at Lev Chana! Students tasted the tomatoes they planted at the end of last year, checked on the carrots and zucchini, and helped pull out radishes.
Students also learned all about the mitzvos farmers do, leaving grain fruits and vegetables over for the poor. Farmer Sara Dina will be donating Lev Chana’s surplus to the Hewlett Food Pantry!
