Exciting things are happening at Bnos Malka Academy in Kitah Gimmel! The talmidos started a new k’riah program using Sefer T’hilim, and they have already made so much progress. “There are many benefits to this program, such as building Hebrew reading fluency and, of course, becoming familiar with the words of T’hilim,” said Dr. Babad, assistant principal for grades K–4.
Every time students finish a book of T’hilim, they have something special waiting for them to celebrate their success. After the first book, each student who participated and completed the entire book received a special certificate and had her picture taken holding it. The pictures are hanging in a prominent place in the hallway so that everyone can see the talmidos holding their special certificates.
Kitah Gimmel is close to finishing the next book, and they already have something special waiting for them. We are very proud of the talmidos and their eagerness to practice saying the words of T’hilim.
