Last week, HALB Middle School girls kicked off the R.A.I.S.E. The Bar program. The name stands for Respect and Include Students Everywhere, which is exactly what the students and moros focus on. The girls were treated to a hot cocoa bar and received pencil pouches. Throughout the year, they will add Jibbitz to their pencil pouches as they learn and practice their R.A.I.S.E. habits.
