Parshas Ki Savo begins with the mitzvah of Bikkurim. Upon entering Eretz Yisrael, settling the land, and receiving its produce, a Yid brings the first fruits to the Beis Hamikdash and recites Mikra Bikkurim, recalling the journey of Klal Yisrael—from the suffering in Mitzrayim to Hashem’s redemption and the gift of Eretz Yisrael.

The Five Towns community gathered for a special evening supporting the communities of Judea and Samaria, featuring a barbecue, fine Israeli wine, and an entertaining performance by mentalist Michael Samen. A special thank you to hosts Dr. Dovid Tzvi and Shani Jacobs for generously opening their home, as well as to the evening’s sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and attendees who helped make the event possible.
