The fourth-grade boys at Be’er Hagolah Institutes recently learned how to don a talis. It was particularly moving to see how one of the boys assisted another just moments after he himself learned the sacred mitzvah.
Rabbi Gavrielov taught the boys the significance of wearing a talis, and then the bachurim put on their own talis with a brachah for the very first time. Rabbi German spoke beautifully, explaining the significance of being wrapped in a talis. The boys then enjoyed a delicious celebratory luncheon.
