Former President Jimmy Carter passed away at the age of 100 and left behind a legacy that will be argued amongst academia for years to come. On the one hand, he was a horrifically bad President, creating crisis after crisis during his tenure and leaving America far weaker than when he found it and the world far more dangerous than when he came into office.
