In the last segment, we discussed how in the four words of v’yipakeid v’yizacheir zichroneinu u’fikdoneinu we are, in effect, asking Hashem to help us achieve our purpose in life to our fullest potential. We ask that Hashem judge us and make any necessary adjustments to our tafkid (role) that are needed.

We began Yaaleh V’Yavo with asking that our tefilos rise above the barriers and be accepted.
V’al nisecha…v’al nifl’osecha
…and for Your miracles … and for Your wonders…
u’fakdeinu vo li’vrachah (and consider us on this day for prosperity and success): We ask that whatever Hashem decrees upon us should be for blessing, which also implies an increased flow of blessing.
