For 60 days, the talmidim of Yeshiva Tiferes Moshe embraced a mission – one act of chesed at a time. Every day, the students sought out opportunities to help others, recording each effort and internalizing the impact of kindness in their lives. The initiative, designed to reinforce a mindset of continuous empathy and responsibility, was deeply tied to the Torah’s timeless lessons.

The Queens Jewish Link (QJL) enthusiastically welcomes the nomination of Governor Mike Huckabee of Arkansas as the next U.S. Ambassador to Israel, pending Senate confirmation. On February 18, Governor Huckabee, a lifelong friend of the Jewish State, was awarded a Certificate of Competency under Section 304(a)(4) of the Foreign Service Act, formally affirming his qualifications before the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations.

Agudath Israel of America launched the first phase of its three-part advocacy mission in Albany on Tuesday, February 11, bringing together community leaders, yeshivah leadership, and activists from Queens and Long Island. This annual mission provided an opportunity for delegates to meet with lawmakers and address pressing policy concerns affecting Jewish communities, nonpublic schools, and families across New York State.

On the evening of Wednesday, February 5, the Jewish community of Kew Gardens Hills gathered for a special reception on behalf of P’eylim / Lev L’Achim.
